Ordinance on Generating Power Plant Installation

I have attached herein a vivid ordinance complying stratification on regulations where a certain Power Plant could be installed and how it operates...WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE PUTTING UP THE GENERATING FACILITY...

Here it shows that the ordinance providing a process to help ensure that the proposed power generation project has undergone thorough fact-finding in determining the best alternatives and location for power generation.

Salcon Power PlantBarangay Colon, Naga Cebu should have been reformed to an industrial plate/area from its residential state, but it is the other way around...The entire power firm is in the core of the vicinity where nearby houses are plotted , a-stone-away public school and the town-to-turned city itself..This task is not miles afar from from its pursuit and development...There is no prospect that is far reach to be done by our choosen few government officials.

This is as simple than covening a “CON-ASS”or amending our basic laws, the constitution as a whole..They have the venomous potential that can influence everything on their way..as what columnist say, they are the pillars of the state’s fate...come what may. Merely, having had been Colon transformed to an Industrial area, it would mean a vast endeavor, an enormous budget and a lengthy time frame BUT all in the capability of the Government’s belt to handle, a chicken-feed and as brittle as the egg’s cuticle.

KEPCO Power PlantHow ridicule and peculiar having increased the city’s IRA budget and not integrating it properly most specially to this sky-earning establishment, minding the revenue it can profit by millions annually. Surely, our currency does have lower extremities that it could run swiftly away like a flash of lightning, and its final destination?- to the big bottom of their pockets, laughing out loud towards the bank...

The introduced Power Plant Ordinance does not prevent construction of a power plant, but it does ensure that relevant information be a part of the decision-making process for the location and operation of the proposed plant. It asks that impacts and mitigations be identified.

PLEASE DO READ CORDIALLY...THANKS
